We will work with your leadership and management teams by organizing the end to end AOP cycle, facilitating sessions, working with key stakeholders to develop your content and consolidate all of the material to issue a final release of your annual operating plan.
Typical cycle time is 3 weeks - 1 week preparation and planning, 1 week with leadership and management team stakeholders building the operating plan content and 1 week consolidation, review and publishing.
