"Our Operations/Fulfillment teams are out of sync with our growth and are not able to scale up in time to meet the new found levels of success. Everything is always behind schedule: tooling, equipment, inventory, documentation, training, on-boarding new personnel…"

Query:

Do you have a robust Strategic Planning process and a formal roll out of an Annual Operating plan to the company? Does your company have a framework to clearly communicate and measure progress on your business growth goals?

"We grew through acquistions but the integration is proving to be time consuming, taxing and marginally effective. The 2 cultures are completely different and clash on a regular basis making us wonder if this was all worth it."
